CUPE 998 bargaining team has met with Efficiency Manitoba on (2021 11 16) to continue negotiation towards a New Collective Agreement.
We are nearing the end but are not yet in agreement with monetary items with the corporation. This is a longer negotiating process because this is the first CUPE Collective Agreement for Efficiency Manitoba CUPE, and we have to ensure nothing is left out and our members’ rights continue to be protected. The current Collective Agreement will remain in place until the new collective agreement is ratified by membership.
CUPE will continue to negotiate a fair and reasonable contract for our members and update our membership as we have more to share.
Our next scheduled meeting with the Corporation is 2011 12 09, and we are now asking for dates into 2022.
