What Is a Steward?
A steward is a frontline union representative in the workplace. You are the vital link between members and the union, ensuring fairness, respect, and collective strength.

Key Roles of a Steward
Support Members: Help coworkers understand their rights and collective agreement.
Problem Solver: Address issues early and fairly in the workplace.
Union Communicator: Share union updates, meetings, and initiatives.
Grievance Representative: Help members navigate the grievance process.
Workplace Advocate: Stand up against harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions.
